The following personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract: Name, address and electronic contact data of the customer, data regarding order, payment and delivery. This data includes name, address, contact details, your payment information and account details, credit card number.

This data is used for the fulfilment of the contract. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) EU GDPR. Data is passed on to third parties where required necessary for the completion of the order – for example to delivery and mail services, financial institutions, collection companies in case of non-payment, or where we are obligated by law to pass on data. No data is passed on to third countries outside of the European Union.

We store the data in an order history in the customer account. This is done on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) EU GDPR. Our intent is to be able to offer you better service as a customer. If you do not agree with the storage of your order history, please send us a message to the contact address mentioned under Section 1, after which the history will be deleted.

Data is stored as long as necessary to fulfil your order or where we are obliged to store it for legal reasons – for example for tax reasons or for reasons of commercial law. Where data is stored with your consent, the data will be deleted upon revocation of your consent.
